Yes! 9:30am to 3:30pm.
Excellent cappuccino and latte, delicious egg sandwich, great atmosphere, and some really terrific items for sale (we got some habañero hot sauces).
For anyone from southern NY(Yonkers and the 5 boroughs) this place will wreck your wallet. This place is ridiculously high priced and the food is incredibly bland. A simple egg sandwich with ham was 5.50, and when I told the cashier I wanted lettuce and tomato on it, she gave me a weird look and the price went from 5.50 to 9.89!!!! IT WAS RIDICULOUS! Aside from that it was horribly made, the bread was hard enough to be a hockey puck, eggs were all greasy and the ham had a weird taste. Not to mention they didnt add the lettuce and tomato and the woman looked so annoyed when I pointed it out and then proceeded to take 15 minutes just to put that on. By the time I ate my sandwich it was cold and soggy. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A SUBWAY OR SOME WHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT A SANDWHICH!!!!!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!
Egg salad toast so good!
Super cute local coffee shop and deli - was very busy at lunch on a weekday
Great food and atmosphere, dine in or grab it to go!
Best granola around. Charming former house near RR station serving very good food in a relaxed atmosphere. you feel like you are eating in someone's living room. Recommended.
For me it’s the best breakfast place in all New York. The food it’s incredible all fresh, clean, organic.. the combination in the meals is amazing, good drinks and I like the style in this place.
Friendly service, quiet setting, delicious wholesome food, great coffee. Love its affiliation with Little Joe's. Both on my favorites list.
Great salads, sandwiches, coffees and treats in a very pleasant atmosphere
Delicious and attractive food! Quality. Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Met a friend and her young child there mid morning and it was perfect.
This cafe screams grabbing coffee and catching up with an old friend, light lunch after church, or enjoying a late afternoon newspaper reading session, all with a high likelihood of running into a fellow Katonah native. They’ve created a great warm ambiance at this place, and go beyond mere coffee to have some lesser-known brands of goodies, both sweets and savory (craft beer! fancy cheeses! Housemade yogurt and granola parfaits with flavors like raspberry passion fruit blend!). Only wish would be having a wider pastry selection, though the items already available are decent. I cannot stress enough god good the housemade granola is, which is one of the more hippie-ish sentences I’ve ever written, but truly it is good
Funky place. A café with lots of cooking books and some gourmet items.mainly serving breakfast and lunch. Nice homemade breakfast sweets including very good sticky buns. Very good coffees. For lunch, they have soups and sandwiches and salads. Upstairs, they have a small room with more cookbooks and some gift items.
I absolutely LOVE this place! One of my favorite places to go to after a long day.
Great spot to read, relax and enjoy a latte and scone.
Good sandwiches although pricey
Cute cafe serving home-made croissants and scrambled egg sandwiches.
Great.. but pricey, and I do understand how local businesses struggle..so I think 3 stars should be ok
Great coffee. Cozy atmosphere. Don’t speed down the street it’s a small residential area. Park in back but not in the mechanic spots. Had the americano and breakfast sandwich. Tasty. Enjoy!
Excellent lunch spot. Very creative salad offerings and great sandwiches. They also have a special selection of grocery items and a beautiful gift shop upstairs - and an awesome selection of cookbooks. But I really go here for the ambiance and the coffee - both wonderful.
Room with a view (and excellent spicy pork sandwich)
Great place for coffee and food. Beyond what I expected
Amazing food and quiet place to read.
Lovable and cute place ! We had soup, chicken sandwich, and pork sandwich, they are all good!
Love this cafe so much! Drinking coffee while looking at cookbooks what could be better! Kombucha, sandwiches, salads, baked goods, chocolates and beer!
Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Their chai tea latte is absolutely to die for. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Katonah.
Great place to grab a bite and relax. Food is excellent
Great, might be tough to find seating at busy times though.
Katonah Reading Room, has some really good drinks. I really like their beer and sandwiches.
Fantastic food with great atmosphere
Cozy, casual place to hang. Have a lovely lunch and breakfast, and buy some yummy confections and even fancy groceries.
A fab place and loved the avocado toast! While waiting, I was browsing the cookbooks as the store has a great selection. The staff is absolutely delightful! Just the perfect place in one very lovely town. A must if you get off the train and what a healthy bite to eat!
Delicious food with great service and ambience. Can't wait to go back.
Best place to get some nice coffee with friends. People so friendly.
Hands down, best lattes around! The baked goods are delicious (Oatmeal Cherry cookies are my favorite), the salads are fresh and filling (try the dark kale with avocado- you won't be sorry), the crustless quiches are wonderful, and the red curry chicken and mushroom soup is worth the continuous daily cravings. If that's not enough to entice you, the atmosphere is absolutely charming, and the staff is over the top wonderful!
Lovely place for a coffee and a chat with friends. Small and a little cramped but friendly staff and patrons. Great for breakfast and lunch.
Beautiful spot for coffee or a sandwich in a beautiful little town
Fun spot. A little too chaotic to sit. But pretty good overall.
Good egg sandwich. I like the variety of beverages and to-go items. Cute spot.
Beyond cute. Great place to hang out and get a breakfast or lunch sandwich and some coffee. Lots of fun chairs and reading material.
A wonderful little spot! I stopped in for brunch on a trip and had a great mocha and nice 'egg toast' (just scrambled eggs on toast, but well done!), then went and got a soda and sticky roll to go. All really great! Seating is a little tight but i got a seat just fine for brunch, an everything was reasonably priced and very good. Will return if I'm in the area!
Very good coffee drinks, sandwiches, and salads. They also have a small upscale grocery section with cheese, prepared items, drinks, etc., as well as kombucha on draft. It is in a renovated house so the atmosphere is cozy and cool and the staff are always friendly, but there isn't a lot of seating and it gets a little crowded in the area where you wait for your food.
The ambience, the friendly staff and the amazing food.
Love this place! Delicious food. Hoping for more low-carb options besides salads... like bowls with their delicious brussel sprouts and red-pepper hummus. Yum!
This is a very nice plave with one of the best hot chocolate i ever drink and its organic 😍
Plenty of choices for breakfast. Friendly service. Casual atmosphere.
I found that place by mistake. And it's amazing.!!! I love it!! All in one.!! Market, coffe, books.!! They have Everything so you can enjoy your coffe or breakfast in beautiful atmosphere!! For sure I will come again. Thank gay nice job!!
Excellent and attentive service. Cozy and comfortable atmosphere makes for a great start of a weekend.
i really enjoyed the coffee here so much that i had two of their iced lattes. i was there during their peak time til closing and they didn’t rush me or anything to leave. im from yonkers and i originally was there visiting a friend who works there and to finish up some writing on my computer. i loved it there so much that i was there from 5:30 to 8:30!! the staff there was so nice and i plan on going back tomorrow morning!
Shhh...don't tell anyone because it is already too crowded during peak times. BUT, it has such good food--lots of vegan and vegetarian options and terrific coffee and baked goods. The place is very cute but they (appropriately) ask you not to linger at the tables during peak hours. The staff is very friendly and this is definitely a place you should visit (off peak).
The place was clean and busy the food was good I would go back again I only give it three stars because I need to explore their menu. FYI try their Falafel, pretty darn good.
